With 300 features and over 30 apps, CELOS X offers unprecedented consistency across all DMG MORI control variants, which will also be available to third-party providers in the future. For the first time, entire shop floor processes can be uniformly mapped end-to-end in one solution. Due to Celos being a front-end, there's likely no need for a traditional 'dnc' setup, the celos side of the control will have a standard harddrive and with it virtually unlimited capacity. It can drip feed into the control directly, effectively handling DNC automatically.
I started operating a new CELOS control from Mori about 2 months ago, it came with the 840D. It has a lot of options for using probes and tool lasers and is easy to learn. Once I got used to the touch screen and all the new buttons on the control I started to like it more!!
